It is a huge honour and a pleasure to welcome you all to the first official session of Çiğli Sezai Karakoç Anatolian High School Model Unites Nations Conference where diplomacy, debate, and collaboration converge to create meaningful change. I am Sanem Şahin and as the Secretary-General, I am thrilled to invite and have you on this productive journey of critical thinking, global awareness, and impactful discussions.

MUNSKAL’s the biggest aim will be creating a safe space and a platform where young leaders develop the skills and mindset needed to shape the future. Through meaningful debates and comprehensive resolutions, we challenge ourselves to think beyond borders and embrace diverse perspectives. This conference is not just about representing a country; it is about spreading the acts of diplomacy amony young future leaders and finding solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges.

After we decided to make this conference possible with our wonderful team members,we realized that it definitely won’t be an easy process and it will took our months of work and so it was. And now I encourage each of you to step into your roles with dedication and determination. Whether you are an experienced delegate or attending your first conference, your voice matters. I have no doubt that MUNSKAL will be a space where everyone can try their best.

And don’t forget,MUNSKAL is also about building connections and fostering a community of global-minded individuals. I urge you to embrace every opportunity—speak up, challenge ideas, and, most importantly, enjoy the process.

as the general director of the MUNSKAL’25 conference, I would like to say that I have been working with my team to organize this conference for months, and that we have done everything we can for the comfort of you delegates.This conference is my last conference and I am very honored to do.

The purpose of these round conferences is to discuss diplomacy but also to improve your social skills.Meet new people, improve your English speaking skills, etc.

The organization team, which I am responsible for, has been working tirelessly for months to make the conference more efficient.I would like to thank my team members and heads. Indeed, they have made a lot of sacrifices, and they are still making sacrifices for you.

I hope MUNSKAL will be a great conference for all of us, I look forward to it!
